ethics
We aim to provide an ethical bespoke service for organising events of many
shapes and sizes. We cater for small to medium conferences in your venue
with fair-trade, organic and local produce wherever possible. We organising
events which are community-building, sustainable and fun. We work wherever
possible with services and suppliers which support and enhance the strong
social and environmental ethic which underpins the company. We believe we
can play a small part in making our world a better place.
sourcing
We aim to source from local suppliers, where possible organic (but nothing
imported by air), Fairtrade & organic when local not possible (coffee,
tea, cocoa, sugar, bananas, etc.).
vegetarian/meat
Our catering is primarily vegan and vegetarian, as we feel this is the most
effecient and caring diet in an over-consuming society. However, we are
flexible and can offer organic cold cooked meats for sandwiches and table
buffets (organic meat has a high premium, reflecting the much higher standards
of care to animal, farmer and countryside, and we pass this cost directly
onto our customers).
social enterprise
We are an emerging social enterprise, aiming to employ as part of the team,
and to offer volunteer placements for people who need a wee bit extra support
to work in the open market. This includes people recovering from serious
& enduring mental health difficulties, people with learning difficulties,
people who have been long-term unemployed.

1. to prepare gorgeous plentiful food and joyful community-building events,
2. to work safely, happily and efficiently, 3. to enjoy ourselves and to
offer service to society, 4. to make some money to plough back into the
business and bonuses for those that work for bespoke organic events.
